We listen and we don't judge: The cynicism behind Denzel’s baptism & ordination has been throwing me a bit. Maybe because I'm not looking at it from the perspective of a celebrity coming into faith but more as this man coming into himself (based on the interviews I’ve listened to of him discussing his experiences). I know there's a lot of pomp and circumstance around who he is, but honestly, I just wish we could celebrate the one and shower him with the grace we might want if we were him. 🤷🏾‍♀️
