2/3 illness (severe bipolar) and addiction (alcohol). I’ll tell you, it’s VERY hard to watch a slow 30yr train wreck of someone ruining their life, career, family, marriage, artistic skills, and finally his brain & organs… all as a therapist who knows exactly what’s happening and no one believes you.
