I know I’ve expressed my frustration with the job market already, but ding dong here I am expressing it again. I’m so EFFING tired of getting the generic “we’ve moved forward with other applications who are a better match” email after the 1/2/3/4 stage when my most recent job title is exactly (!) the same as the role I applied to. Make it make sense?!
