Some people are very good at pretending to be someone they are not for years. They will pretend and lie until they feel like you’re “trapped” and then you’ll see who they really are and no one will believe you because they “aren’t that way” around others.

There will be a point in time where the door will remain open during poops. You will smell what comes out of them.

I felt like housemaid, chauffeur, and a prostitute all in one without a proper compensation. I am not sure if any women can relate to this but I felt degraded and belittled just by believing in the school and concept of marriage.

You don’t have to be married to live a wonderful and fulfilling life.

For marriage to continually be successful you have chose marriage every day - to see the best in your partner, to seek ways to show your love for them, to have fun/laugh together, and to speak up if you are needing/wanting things from them. I’ve been married 24 years, and it hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been good. I would pick him again and again. I know he’s a good man, so I make sure he knows it, too. And I strive to be a good woman for him. It has been a beautiful and fun partnership.

Living together AND having to share a bed/room is hard AF. Normalize having separate living spaces.
