She wasn't crying because she got hit, she was crying because Caitlyn hit her. She cried because of the emotional pain it caused. Not to mention at this point she's only been out of prison for maybe a couple of weeks (if that) where she was being beaten by enforcers every day, then she gets intentionally hurt by the only one she trusted
