Back when I was younger, I hated the racial politics in my country. I felt a sense of unjust done upon people of my skin colour. I questioned why there are affirmative action in place to ‘protect’ the majority, while the minorities are left to rot. As I grow older, I stopped complaining. After I stop complaining, I grow wealthier, and wiser. I understand balance is needed to maintain the social construct of our fragile country. It is every politicians’ job to ensure that.
