How to stick with a fitness routine?
1) Join a community; don’t just join a gym. Triathlon club. Run club. CrossFit Gym. They all enable you to be part of a community. You’ll meet people, be held accountable by others, and you don’t have to think about what to do.
2) Have a goal. I like signing up for races + events I have to prep for. Marathons, Ironmans, Hyrox Races, Endurance Rides, Misogi Challenge. Hire a coach or follow a plan. Rope your friends into it, so you have others to train with.
