So terus guna buat practise loaf. 300g tepung 💎 with 70% hydration. Cold retard for 6 hrs and buat 5 min score sebab rasa dough a bit wobbly. The crust supported the structure and happy with the oven spring.
Potong just to check the crumb a couple of hours later. الحمد لله tak menghampakan.
