One of my issues with Dune: Prophecy is the lack of a sense of scale. The Imperium has like 10,000 worlds in it—the noble families control resources that stagger the imagination. The Bene Gessirit should be training thousands of girls and have a complex bureaucracy. Instead, there’s like twenty acolytes.

21 小時內	Aidan Hogden templareaid	40k is terrible for this, they'll talk about a campaign to subjugate an entire planet and the amount of manpower will be less than Operation Barbarossa or the Battle of Stalingrad. Like I get having force multipliers in a sci-fi setting but the enemy also have it, so no you ain't taking a planet with an army smaller than the BEF in WW1.
