After an hour of journaling & several days of intense distractions, I finally calmed down long enough to meditate. As I laid on my yoga mat, I felt this intense burning pain in my lower back. It was subtle at 1st. But then, the feeling was so intense I couldn’t move. Deep breath in, exhale out. The pain is worsening the deeper I try to relax. I’d been holding onto so much it manifested as pain in my lower back. Next thing I know I’m bawling.
