1. Enjoy the spit in your food! 2. You wouldn’t last 2hours as a waiter. It’s hard work. 3. No one—I mean no one—is considered lower and more vile in the restaurant industry than the non or low tipper. 4. Beware the consequences of not tipping. I’ve even seen cars keyed. Spit is the least of it. 5. Tipping is the higher pay for servers. It’s a skilled, difficult and exhausting job and tips are the reward. 6. If there were no tipping, the price for higher pay will be more expensive food.

They know what they are being paid when they take the job. You shouldn’t rely on tips. If that’s the reason you’re taking the job then you need to find something else. I tip according to the kind of service I received. Shitty service shitty tip 🤷‍♀️
