Cis women, help your girl out. I’m a Trans Woman what’s your shaving routine for your legs? I get so many razor bumps and ingrowns when I shave. What am I doing wrong? Usually i exfoliate, use shaving cream and then shave and then I use baby oil after I’m out of the shower. 😭💕👏 thank you in advance!

2 小時內	Kerri Dunaway kerridunaway	Ok hear me out but I’m gonna go in the opposite direction. You could be doing way too much. The only thing my sensitive leg skin can tolerate is shaving using a white bar of Dove soap using a razor that does not have one of those strips on it that has lotion or whatever on it. Then wash legs with Dove soap again. After shower immediately use a generous amount of unscented lotion such as CereVe or Cetaphil. Good luck!

They’re cheaper and the blades provide a better cut but I know gendered razors could cause dysphoria for some. My #1 favorite product are scrub gloves. You can find in most beauty, grocery etc stores. I do a scrub and exfoliate with these. I also use shave oil or conditioner instead of shave cream.

2 小時內	Abigail Necarsulmer athomforde	Skip the oil. If you have dry skin, wait until your skin is all the way dry to use a lotion or body oil. Nivea men’s sensitive after shave is great for legs tho. That one you apply right after the shower. And make sure you razor is sharp. They dull fast and a dull razor will do more harm than good.
