If i didn’t find online resources to figure out how to make bed sharing safe for my baby and I, I would’ve surely succumbed to sleep deprivation and postpartum depression. My baby refused to sleep separately, I remember those nights of trying and trying and he would scream and cry all night 😭 i tried it ALL. Once I arrived at that decision i didn’t let anyone shame me out of my decision, my baby is thriving today and so am I!
