Rubbish. I was a taxi driver for several years. If you had shopping I would always carry it to the door, it is part of the service. I see taxi drivers now who sit in the cars open the boots remotely and make the customers load their own luggage. Lazy bustards.

Here’s the thing-we are all aging-one day we are going to need help. We aren’t going to get it if people don’t understand empathy or compassion for others. What if that was your grandmother and you weren’t there to help? Bottom line-look around you, help people just because and don’t be a dick.

She should ask the dispatcher not to send a driver who can't or won't carry bags. I like to think the driver is disabled, there's no other excuse.
