They say don't wear shimmers when you get older, but I love shimmers... I would say that I avoid them in that mid section of my eyes, where the matte shadows are giving my hooded eyes depth and shaping. It's all about placing those shimmers where they do their best work, and where you want the sparkle ✨️:)
