Hay @cebupacificair -- we got our tickets from a travel agency para hassle free but eventually we had a hard time with online checking so as we expected na madaming pasahero, we were at the airport 3hrs before the flight We tried again sa online terminal nyo sa airport but we were asked to go to the check in counter instead, to our dismay, the ate gurl sa counter said "wait lang po ha check ko lang 'kit' nyo" i was wondering what was that-- when she sat again, she tried kunwari i enter

一天內	Alex S iamalexists	Booking through an agency for that oh so tempting discounted fare doesn’t magically mean hassle-free darling. Surprise! That budget ticket is at the rock bottom of the bottom, like way down there. Personally, I'd never risk it w/ a 3rd party because, well, who needs the extra drama? Actual airlines at least offer some wiggle room if things go south. But hey, count your blessings, you got your ticket! Your rant though? Yeah, it's giving ungrateful. Only full fare paying pax get the rights to rant
