Yesterday I asked someone I admire for advice on getting started in their field (not a musician, but still a creative). They told me not to bother because the market is far too saturated. I don’t doubt that it is (not that I was asking about a career in the field), but it made me wonder: I don’t think I would ever tell someone NOT to get into music simply because the competition is high? 🤷🏼‍♂️ What do you think?
