I'm trying to imagine what that means relative to a waveform if you wanted your peaks and troughs to line up while still maining the same rough distance. So it sounds like the distance between peaks needs to be measured. If they're 5ms different and I wanted them in line, that distance is what I'm having trouble determining. It seems like it's an adjustment of millimeters.
