We just let them tell us. Also, the older ones “believe” so it’s not ruined for the younger ones. I grew up not believing in Santa and it’s something I wish my mom had done.

It’s unspoken. I have a 14 and 11 yo. I know they know where the gifts come from- but why say it out loud? We still put out a carrot, mince pie and a wee dram for the big man. Tradition. 🎅
