40 分鐘內	KP killahkellsss	$0 for VA loans 🙏🏼. You can expect to pay min 3-3.5% down payment. FHA loans you can’t get rid of PMI unless you refinance out of FHA in the future. For conventional, once you reach 20% you can drop PMI. On top of down payment you’ll pay closing costs 1-3%. Good luck 🏡🫶🏼
