One of the main reason I moved to Japan is the QUIET. Sure I’m surrounded by some 10 million people here in Tokyo but I don’t hear them. In the restaurants? It’s quiet! In the subway? It’s quiet! Apartment? You guessed it…quiet. Japan

I found it unbelievably quiet as well, specially for the amount of people living in the area. I don’t think many of the people commenting have truly lived in a noisy uncivilized place before, so they don’t know worst👀🫢🤭.
