When I was a kid, I loved reading, writing and learning (everywhere apart from school, everything apart from homework) Despite a bumpy time at school to say the least, I believed academia was the path for me. So I worked very hard to finish law school, got my first masters from the London School of Economics, did interdisciplinary academic research for years, got my second masters from Stanford, and was set to begin my PhD...
