During a routine checkup the other day, my Dentist advised me not to use a mouthwash straight after brushing, as it washes the fluoride off your teeth - she said I should leave it for half an hour. However, my mouthwash contains fluoride, so surely it doesn't matter? Of course, this didn't occur to me until much later, after being irritated by having to leave a gap 🙄
