Lowe's Home Improvement got our money. THEY made a delivery commitment. They failed, didn’t make the delivery, lied about where our order was, gave us a TWELVE hour window for a weekday delivery tomorrow, meaning someone has to take time out of work - and they tell me they’re going to research the issue.
