Any exercise folk. I didn’t train for 2 weeks. Had end of year exams. Went back to the gym. Leg day. Same routine. Found it hard. Actually it was brutal. The Doms were insane. Agony for 2 days. Went back to the gym today and they are gone. Vanished. What the hell is going on? Explain please in medical terms. I need to understand this anatomically.
