Please please no screentime. Ilagay mo sya sa stroller pra makasabay sya sainyo kausapin mo sya while kumakain kayo. Hindi advisable ang mga gadget nowadays sa mga babies ganyan age. Let them be babies, make eye contact, tell some kwento lang muna pra ma entertain siya. The best pa din ang no screentime tlga

Hi fellow FTM! You’re doing a great job asking other moms for help para sa ikabubuti ni baby. 🥰🫶🏼 SKL, there have been multiple studies & research proving that screen time under 2 negatively impacts their overall development & wellbeing. A 5-month-old’s vision is still developing as well kaya wag muna talaga sila i-expose sa monitors/screens. Maybe let your baby look at/play with developmentally appropriate toys or visual aids while you eat? Or salitan kayo ng mga kasama mo sa bahay? 🤗

When I was a FTM, I did my best wag syang ipascreentime. If you're busy, like doing the chores or your work, invest ka nalang sis sa busy books, chewies, something that will not make your little one bored.

FTM here too. After I left from my family's place to get back to MNL, naging option ko rin ang screen time when I have to do something. Until may nabasa ako that says let the babies get bored, so I stopped it as originally planned (for no screen time) and for me mas magaan sa feeling. I let my baby gets bore & hindi sya nagrereklamo like crying, she waits patiently and parang sya nalang yung kusa mag explore sa surroundings nya by looking around. ☺️
