Im having to move bc our landlord sold the property 3 weeks before Christmas without alerting us. Weve lived here 5 years never been late great tenants. Shes refusing our deposit back. Not only has our bills increased in the new house, but the house quality has DECREASED. Its a lose-lose situation and I have definitely cried about it all.
