Day 1 Goals Update❗️
1. Wake up at 6am.✅️
2. Clean home.✅️
3. Self care. - Perhaps tomorrow.
4. Clean eating while intermittent fasting with food window 12pm to 8pm. - Slight change, the window started at 11am and ended at 9pm lol.
5. Spend 8 hours studying. - I spent 2 hours😂, it's Sunday only know.
6. Walk 10k steps. - 4500 steps🤡.
7. Sleep by 9pm.✅️Super Tired so most likely yes.
Day 1, I am just getting started, I hope to see improvements tomorrow☺️
