REAL QUESTION: When people that dont believe in any God, or atheists, are having tough seasons where do they turn to for strength or reassurance. Or do y'all just get mad and question the universe for answers ?

It’s easy, imagine whatever u think god will help u with? I can do it by myself (no hate)

Real question, what do Christians do when God doesn't answer their prayers? When bad s*** keeps happening to good people and good s*** keeps happening to bad people?

Psychologists of course. Religion is just placebo.

Ourselves, our friends, or our family like grownups. Life isn’t always easy, but it can be super fun if you’re not scared of some imaginary being in the sky who loves you more than anything punishing you with eternal hellfire for not doing as it says.

Yes to the "get mad at the universe" part. But there is friends and family also.

Genuine answer: I hv always thought that ppl are blessed to hv religions they wholeheartedly believe in. But I couldn’t just suddenly believe in sth for the comfort. Analogy is perhaps in a relationship, although it’s hard to breakup/divoce, if u know yr partner is cheating, u can’t just pretend u dunno. So instead, I let myself be mad becox that’s the grieve process, then accept that bad things happen. U live and u die. Good&bad things happen to everyone. N I hope tmr will be a better day.

We debate on giving up. We're all going the same place anyway, regardless of whatever the fuck it is

People… family… friends… themselves… books… hobbies… pets… healthcare professionals… It’s always weird when you ask a question as though you haven’t even tried to think of an answer first.
