There don’t seem to be very many people in this thread that understand the wedding industry or photography. What goes into it, what the job involves, the cost of equipment, the pressure, the post production or the attention that is given before, during and after the wedding. Tons of disrespect to the value of the ONE vendor who provides the ONLY thing you can hold onto when it’s over. You get what you pay for. Be cheap, get crap.

It’s normal for planners because the budget directly relates to the amount of work we’re doing. But so weird for photographers. Surely you’re doing the same amount of work for every wedding regardless of budget?
