“It didn’t feel like Wicked”. I suspect the author of this has never actually analysed the themes present in the Broadway musical and only taken it at surface level of liking the songs and spectacle. The film highlights the darkness that has always been there. The themes that have always been there. The film has taken the time to really explore them. This is actually an hilarious review, in quite a sad way.
