It’s unfortunate when it comes to blk businesses because those should be the first ppl to hire; but I get it. I always look at other groups and see how they understand the assignment but for a lot of black businesses that decision can be your downfall.

I think it needs an adjunct "who don't see or support your vision" I've hired family members and they have been invaluable to me. They see the vision, believe in me and they support the mission.
