IT'S CHEESE ADVENT CALENDAR TIME! Starting off strong with a Gouda with Mustard Seeds. Mustard-y but not vinegary. I liked it. Gouda is probably my favorite cheese though, so it's tough to ruin for me. cheeseadvent2024
