Wow… the most ethnocentric, ignorant thing I’ve read in a while… first, are you aware of the damage to local culture the huge amount of tourists are doing in Bali? Also, why would you expect that in other places people would need to be fluent in English?! Also in Indonesia English is one of the official languages…Maybe you could try to learn some of their local languages instead? But well maybe is too much to ask to such tone deaf person
