36 years ago I lost my best friend Sam to AIDS . Never my lover but the man I shared with the most. The man who knew my every secret. I have no photos as a jealous toxic boyfriend burnt them but I have such strong memories. Sam was beautiful and kind. He was everyone’s friend but he always put me first. We often hugged and I so miss his strength. I so loved you Sam and still do. 😢
