yesterday's post is a clear indication to me why a majority of the design industry is struggling to find a job today. plot twist: it's not about ai. it's about you trying to compensate your insecurities by being arrogant and disrespectful. you speak so highly when you don't have any proven track record of being a designer on your profile. you don't take jokes and feel personally offended when someone doesn't think the way you do. you are just not fun to work with.
