After another 2 weeks of suffering, I made the painful decision to put him down. Held him all the way & told him how much I loved him. Watched the life left his eyes, he never once yelped but trusted me completely. Until this day, I still see his soft brown trusting eyes in my mind & I'd tear up real ugly. That was 3 years ago.
