Day 2. I send out a text trying to be friendly but straight forward. “ Good morning, Can you pay me 😃” - at this point I’m pushing myself to not be embarrassed to ask for what is owed because I’m a single mom, and I should stand up for myself, right ?

幾秒內	mimibananna	Day 3. I didn’t say anything because I felt like okay maybe I’m coming off as a pest. Day 4. I sent a text saying “ hey when can I pick up the board. And I don’t know if you’re avoiding me or not or not trying to pay but it sure does feel like it. And I’m disappointed because you’re a friend and this is something that I did as a side hustle for my daughter and I pls lmk” Mind you, I’m trying to contextualize how I feel without accusing or disrespecting I just want to be paid.
