I'm in N TX too & the amount of unfriendly black women I've met is astonishing to me lol my neighbors are the exception. I was always taught to acknowledge my people. A lot of these BP won't even smile back when you just simply greet them. But that's okay cause at my job I meet too many BP that love BP & Black Peopling lol
