When I was a kid in the90s my mom (born in Germany to a German mom) would send me to school in Texas with Nutella sandwiches. She had to get it from my Oma who got it from the commissary. All the Daughters of the Republic I went to school with made fun of me for my gross chocolate sandwich. You know they all have Nutella in their pantries now 🤷🏻‍♀️. So either it was never gross or they're gross now.
