I caved and bought a robot vacuum on Black Friday and I just ran it today and it vacuumed my house to MY CALIBER of cleanliness (which is absurdly high) in 40 minutes, and was quiet enough that I could enjoy a cocktail with my wife and barely notice it. I... I think my life just changed.

The one haunting my home for the last few years vaguely understands it’s purpose in life but would much rather bang into ever surface imaginable, with no discernible pattern, and occasionally send out an SOS notification that it’s “stuck on ledge”.
