I have no clue why I bounce in between reps😭. ✨️BUT A NEW PR OF 315×5.✨️ If I can do it again on Wednesday then I'm adding weight. Took me 3 weeks of being back to leg day twice a week to achieve this breakthrough. Programmed my leg day and little differently and the results are showing. Gym Threads
