I was going down 4 steps outside of my apartment complex backwards. I was sliding a piece of furniture. I missed 1 step & my feet got caught. I ended up falling backwards hitting my head on the cement sidewalk. My neck and back is still hurting. Mostly my neck when I turn it or move upward or down. The gash on my head is still stinging, itchy at times, and a little bit of pain.
