PREACH. I get so irritated when people use that as a critique of books. It feels like maybe there's something else they're looking for and don't know how to articulate it, or they want a perfectly tidy romance with no conflict which would be boring?!

The amount of time my husband and I have gotten into an argument because one of us was misheard or misunderstood…it’s such a human thing, I think people get frustrated because maybe it’s too close to their reality. 🤷🏽‍♀️ hot take
