What are you going to do for you today?
Write it down, plan for it or it won't happen.
It doesn't have to be hours, it can be a 5min coffee, stand outside and take 4 deep breathes.
It does have to be planned, write it down commit to it.
The when I have time doesn't work. You find yourself at the end of the day, exhausted, drained and then say I will do it tomorrow.
