Do I love that Joe pardoned Hunter? No. But I understand it. The incoming GOP majority has vowed to continue persecuting Hunter for crimes like no other regular citizen would. They vowed to destroy a man who has turned his life around. I think Joe thought the election would put an end to the ridiculous persecution of his son, and it didn’t. So yes, I would’ve done the same. The GOP backed Joe into a corner. I probably would’ve made the same decision. All of us would have, honestly.
