Is it actually a child or are you calling a teenager a child? Did something happen in the news that I'm missing or are you vague posting?

Not every underage girl is a child though. A 16-17 year old girl IS underage, but she’s not a child, she’s a teenager.

Should learn your vocabulary between a child, minor, teenager, underage, and adult. Doesn’t matter. It’s legal or not legal. For those who care. I just want to make my money and avoid almost everyone because most of yall are creeps and a waste of time. Especially woman.

It depends on the context. A 14-year-old is underage to drive. A 19-year-old is underage to buy alcohol but isn’t a child. Underage in related to what?
