[R mastectomy & axillary lymph nodes clearance 8 Nov] Breast clinic (Royal Perth Hospital): PICO7 dressing replaced. Surgical drain left in place to minimise risk of seroma / re-opening the incision. Radiation oncologist (Fiona Stanley Hospital): if radiotherapy is required would be 15 sessions (3 weeks). I will see the medical oncologist tomorrow (Royal Perth Hospital) to discuss if chemotherapy is necessary first.
