No days off, currently dealing with a really bad knee injury & im gonna take all of you through my rehab. DONT AVOID movements but move correctly. (Follow Tolerance & Capacity)
Thinking of the knee, you must think of (LOL- Line of leg) foot, ankle & hip as well, here are some of my rehab exercises
Also doing body weight squats because that’s what I can handle for now.
