As someone who started off in a predominately black Catholic School in an area not known for its schools then later moved to a predominantly white school during the fourth grade in a good school district, if I had a child, I don’t think I’d want them in a predominantly white school during their formative years- maybe after 6th grade. It really does matter where you send your kid to school, in terms of getting into college if it’s important that your child has that option.
